ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within the allotted time period to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up Tuesday-Sunday, please check the website for store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
Please note that any orders over $99 is free shipping.Â
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition with tags, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return as a store credit, excluding any items noted to be a Final Sale
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@catalogue-collection.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
